We are growing and seeking a Vice President to join our team in Europe (working 100% remote OR out of our London office).

We are looking for someone who:
- Demonstrates expert understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, medical affairs, and requirements for health technology assessment, evidenced by a track record of relevant publications
- Has experience overseeing evidence synthesis (systematic literature reviews, indirect treatment comparisons, external control analyses, surrogacy analyses) and economic model development and supporting studies (utility modelling/mapping or expert elicitation studies)
- Understands the strengths and limitations of approaches and proposes applications/solutions of new or existing methods tailored to research questions
- Can clearly explain the rationale, methods/results, and strategy for studies to teams, clients, and stakeholders
- Aligns business and team development goals and proactively identifies new business opportunities
- Collaborates across business units on strategy and execution
What you can expect day to day:
- Leading multiple projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and financial performance
- Developing recommendations, communicating risks, and making final decisions
- Reviewing and signing off on deliverables
- Owning client relationships and managing expectations
- Leading team development, mentoring, and fostering feedback culture
- Contributing to resource planning and strategic discussions
- Maintaining operational processes for the research team
- Supporting communication within teams, resolving conflicts, and boosting morale
- Providing methodological input and signing off on proposals and presentations
- Building trusted partnerships with clients and driving new business
- Identifying growth opportunities and hiring recommendations
- Travel may be required domestically and internationally
Requisite experience and qualifications:
- 15+ years’ experience in HEOR publications, business development, consulting, or leadership with proven success
- Master’s degree in health economics, public policy, epidemiology, biostatistics, public health, biology, or biochemistry
- Experience leading research teams with direct and indirect reports
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
