We are growing and seeking a Vice President to join our team in Europe (working 100% remote OR out of our London office).

We are looking for someone who:
- Demonstrates expert understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, medical affairs, and health technology assessment, evidenced by relevant publications
- Has experience overseeing evidence synthesis (systematic reviews, indirect comparisons, external control analyses, surrogacy analyses) and economic model development
- Understands strengths and limitations of approaches, proposing tailored solutions
- Can clearly explain study rationale, methods, and results to teams, clients, and stakeholders
- Aligns business and team goals, proactively identifies new opportunities
- Collaborates across units on strategy and execution
Day-to-day expectations:
- Leading multiple projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and financial performance
- Developing recommendations, communicating risks, and making final decisions
- Reviewing and signing off on deliverables
- Managing client relationships and expectations
- Leading team development, mentoring, and fostering a constructive culture
- Participating in strategic planning and resource discussions
- Supporting process development for team operations
- Facilitating communication within teams and resolving conflicts
- Providing methodological input and signing off on proposals
- Building trusted client partnerships and driving new business
- Identifying growth opportunities and hiring needs
- Travel may be required domestically and internationally
Requisite experience and qualifications:
- 15+ years in HEOR publications, business development, consulting, or leadership with proven success
- Master’s degree in health economics, public policy, epidemiology, biostatistics, public health, or related sciences
- Experience leading research teams with direct and indirect reports
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
