We are looking for someone who:
- Demonstrates expert understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, medical affairs, and health technology assessment, evidenced by relevant publications
- Has experience overseeing evidence synthesis (systematic reviews, indirect comparisons, external control analyses, surrogacy analyses) and economic model development
- Understands the strengths and limitations of different methods and proposes tailored solutions
- Can clearly communicate study rationale, methods, and results to teams, clients, and stakeholders
- Aligns business and team goals, and proactively identifies new opportunities
- Collaborates across business units on strategy and execution
What you can expect day to day:
- Leading multiple projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and financials
- Developing recommendations, communicating risks, and making final decisions
- Reviewing and approving deliverables
- Managing client relationships and expectations
- Leading team development and mentoring
- Contributing to strategic planning and resource discussions
- Supporting team processes and communication
- Providing methodological input and sign-off
- Building trusted client partnerships and driving business growth
- Identifying growth opportunities and hiring needs
- Travel may be required, domestically or internationally
Requisite experience and qualifications:
- 15+ years in HEOR publications, business development, consulting, or leadership with proven success
- Master’s degree in health economics, public policy, epidemiology, biostatistics, public health, or related sciences
- Experience leading research teams with direct and indirect reports
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
