Senior Vice President, Managing Director, Evidence Synthesis Decision Modeling

Are you a self-starter passionate about health economics and outcomes research? Do you lead internal teams confidently and possess business acumen with a proven track record? Are you recognized in the industry through publications and thought leadership? If yes, we want to speak with you! We are hiring a Senior Vice President, Managing Director to lead our Evidence Synthesis Decision Modeling (ESDM) HEOR team.

Position Summary:

The SVP, MD, Capability Lead reports to the Head of Evidence Solutions. You will develop and grow the Evidence Synthesis Decision Modeling capability, build new business, foster client relationships, and manage team performance and culture, collaborating across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate expertise in the pharmaceutical industry, medical affairs, and health technology assessment, supported by relevant publications.
• Oversee evidence synthesis activities and economic model development, including systematic reviews, indirect comparisons, and utility modelling.
• Propose tailored research methods and explain study strategies to stakeholders.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities aligned with company strategy.
• Collaborate across business units on strategic initiatives.

Day-to-Day Expectations:

• Lead multiple projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and financial targets.
• Develop recommendations, communicate risks, and make final decisions.
• Review and approve project deliverables.
• Mentor team members and promote a positive culture.
• Participate in strategic planning and resource management.
• Support client management, project delivery, and business growth activities.

Qualifications:

• Postgraduate degree (MS, PharmD, MD, PhD) in health-related field.
• 15+ years in HEOR research, business development, or leadership with a strong publication record.
