We are looking for someone who:

• Has expertise in pharmaceutical industry, medical affairs, and health technology assessment, evidenced by publications
• Experience overseeing evidence synthesis and economic model development
• Understands various research approaches and can propose tailored solutions
• Can communicate effectively with teams, clients, and stakeholders
• Aligns with business goals and identifies new opportunities
• Collaborates across units

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Leading projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget
• Developing recommendations, managing risks, making decisions
• Reviewing deliverables, maintaining client relationships
• Mentoring staff, fostering a positive culture
• Strategic planning and resource management
• Process development and staff communication
• Supporting proposals and presentations
• Building client partnerships and business growth
• Travel may be required

Qualifications:

• 15+ years in HEOR, business development, or leadership, with success record
• Master’s degree in relevant field
• Experience leading research teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
