Brand Addition in Manchester (hybrid – 3 days in the office) seeks an experienced Vendor Quality Manager to lead European supplier audits and drive quality improvements across the supply chain. You will work with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance and CSR alignment, while guiding audits, testing, and supplier performance enhancements.

The role requires a proven track record in senior quality or supplier quality, with strong collaboration, problem‑solving, and stakeholder engagement

Qualifications

• Senior quality or supplier quality experience in consumer products or supply‑chain led business.
• Experience with supplier audits, assessments and corrective action management.
• Familiarity with SMETA, BSCI, WRAP, SA8000 and ISO certifications (ISO 9001, ISO 45001).
• Understanding of quality assurance in consumer products including testing and inspections.
• Ability to build relationships with suppliers and drive continuous improvement.
• Structured, pragmatic approach to issue resolution and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage European supplier audit and quality programme.
• Drive resolution of quality and compliance issues using root‑cause and CAPA.
• Ensure products and suppliers meet Brand Addition, client and regulatory requirements.
• Align suppliers with Brand Addition CSR policies.
• Support internal teams and clients by strengthening supplier performance.
• Travel within the UK and Europe to conduct onsite audits.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on vendor management importance.
