Progressive Recruitment seeks a Supplier Quality Engineer to own supplier quality across a global supply base with focus on development, audits and NPI/NPD support. Hybrid/home-based role with travel across UK, Europe and beyond.

You will drive continuous improvement in supplier processes, support PPAP reviews, and partner with engineering and operations to deliver robust quality standards across the supply chain.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in supplier quality engineering within manufacturing environments.
• Proven auditing capability with influence on internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) and New Product Development (NPD).
• Knowledge of PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC and MSA; familiarity with IATF 16949 is beneficial.

Aufgaben

• Own supplier quality performance across a global supply base.
• Lead supplier development and supplier audits to improve performance.
• Manage PPAP review and approval and support NPI/NPD programmes.
• Conduct supplier process and systems audits and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to ensure quality standards.
• Travel to suppliers and sites UK, Europe and internationally.
