Brand Addition is seeking a seasoned Vendor Quality Manager to lead the European supplier audit and quality assurance programme from our Manchester base, with a hybrid working model and regular travel across the UK and Europe.

You will drive issue resolution using structured root-cause and corrective-action approaches, ensuring all products and suppliers meet client, regulatory and CSR requirements before approval and ongoing use.

Qualifications

• Senior quality or supplier quality experience in consumer products or supply-chain-led business.
• Proven supplier audits, assessments and corrective action management.
• Experience with ethical and social audits (SMETA, BSCI, WRAP, SA8000).
• Familiarity with product testing, inspections and compliance requirements.
• Ability to build strong supplier relationships and drive continuous improvement.
• Willingness to travel within the UK and Europe for audits.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the European supplier audit and quality programme.
• Drive resolution of quality and compliance issues from suppliers and customers using structured root-cause and corrective-action approaches.
• Ensure products and suppliers meet Brand Addition, client and regulatory requirements before approval and ongoing use.
• Ensure suppliers are aligned with Brand Addition global CSR policies.
• Support internal teams and clients by strengthening supplier performance and quality assurance processes.
• Travel within the UK and Europe to conduct onsite audits.
• Provide ongoing training and guidance to internal staff ensuring understanding of vendor management.
