Job summary

MPM Products Ltd. is seeking a Supplier Approval, Quality & Compliance Lead to ensure products and suppliers meet legal, safety and quality standards across our portfolio.

The role involves coordinating global supplier approvals, onboarding, and audits within the MPM QMS framework. You will maintain the VACCP and Horizon Scanning systems, manage consumer complaints and NCRs, and drive continuous improvement through cross-functional collaboration with the Quality & Compliance team and other

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a quality function within FMCG or food & packaging sectors.
• Experience with third-party audits and supplier approvals.
• Strong experience building or managing a global QMS.
• Familiarity with global quality standards (BRCGS, HACCP, etc.).
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full supplier approval process from risk assessments to supplier onboarding and audits.
• Roll out and maintain the MPM QMS across global suppliers.
• Lead global physical and remote supplier audits.
• Develop and execute auditing schedules for contract manufacturers.
• Oversee complaints, NCRs and traceability processes in line with MPM standards.
