Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Senior Valuer based from home, with an office available.

The Senior Valuer will be responsible for performing real estate appraisals and valuations (Red Book long form) for secured lending purposes across London and the Home Counties. The role involves communicating with clients, delivering excellent customer service, and collaborating with estate agents. It requires detailed analysis, reporting, and presenting findings to clients and stakeholders.

Valuation experience required in:

• HMO's
• Single assets
• Mixed use
• Build to rent

Qualifications

• MRICS - 3 years PQE

The ideal candidate should want to grow their network and reputation, be able to communicate effectively with lenders and brokers, and be comfortable justifying their numbers while maintaining a commercial mindset. Ensuring a de-risked, commercial attitude is paramount.

Must have a clean history with no claims.

Must live within 1 hour of Central London
