The Delivery Service Partner (DSP) program is crucial for fulfilling customer orders in the last mile. It offers entrepreneurs the opportunity to develop a successful package delivery business with low startup costs, leveraging Amazon's technology and logistics expertise. The Sr. DSP Acquisition Specialist plays a key role in recruiting and onboarding DSPs, working closely with Business Development Managers from application vetting to final interview management, supporting entrepreneurs in creating their new company, and managing the onboarding process in our system.

Key responsibilities include building trusting relationships with external DSP candidates, identifying qualified candidates, and guiding them through the recruiting and onboarding funnel. The role demands excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a passion for building a talented organization. The specialist uses software tools such as Excel, Outlook, and Salesforce to meet candidate experience and quality targets within deadlines.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with Excel
• Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers

• Experience analyzing key open issues and resolution metrics for managed accounts
• Experience in relationship management within technology, start-ups, or SaaS platforms
