Job summary

Skipton Building Society is seeking a Senior Value Management Analyst to turn data into actionable insights across our Agile Release Train. You\'ll join the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office, shaping how we deliver change at scale.

You\'ll partner with senior leaders, develop enterprise dashboards using Power BI, Apptio and Azure DevOps, and drive risk identification and continuous improvement across multiple trains. Hybrid work with three days in Skipton.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working in SAFe and Lean Portfolio Management environments, helping organisations deliver change at scale.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Apptio, and Azure DevOps to develop reporting and portfolio insights.
• Ability to manage dependencies, risks, performance metrics and delivery outcomes across multiple Agile Release Trains.
• Passion for continuous improvement, with experience facilitating Inspect & Adapt workshops.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge, influence and collaborate at all levels.
• A strategic mindset combined with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving, value management and enterprise delivery.

Responsibilities

• Shape how Skipton delivers change at scale through data-driven decision making.
• Partner with senior leaders across Agile Release Trains, Technology, Finance, and Product teams.
• Create enterprise-wide insights and dashboards that drive strategic decisions.
• Use predictive analytics to identify risks, opportunities, and future trends.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance delivery performance and value.
• Coach and influence stakeholders on agile portfolio management and best practice.
• Work with leading tools including Power BI, Apptio, and Azure DevOps to deliver enterprise transparency.
