Job summary

ZEAL Network SE is seeking an experienced Product Designer to own and continuously improve the end-to-end e-commerce experience for a fast-growing UK brand. You will craft engaging, user-centric journeys across web and app, translating user insights into measurable design outcomes.

Based in Norwich, you will collaborate with Product, Engineering and Research teams to define UX KPIs, develop design concepts and drive adoption through testing and iteration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product design within a digital-first business.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership and measurable business impact.
• Experience designing and optimizing e-commerce experiences in fast-growing or scaling businesses.
• Expertise in responsive, mobile-first web and app design (iOS/Android).
• Strong UX/UI skills with high-quality deliverables across fidelity levels.
• Experience creating immersive storytelling experiences to drive engagement and conversion.
• Hands-on user research and usability testing with data-driven decision-making.
• Experience building and scaling design systems and design tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize key customer journeys across web and app from discovery to onboarding, engagement and retention.
• Identify user needs, motivations and pain points to develop hypothesis-driven design solutions.
• Create intuitive, visually compelling experiences balancing user needs with business goals.
• Define and monitor UX KPIs using product data and research insights.
• Develop, visualize, prototype and communicate design concepts from ideas to implementation.
• Plan and conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback and findings.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research and stakeholders to drive a human-centred design process.
• Promote UX best practices and design standards within the team and in ZEAL's UX Community of Practice.
