Neat is seeking a senior User Experience Designer to own the UX direction of the website and related digital experiences. You will collaborate with product and design teams to translate Neat’s principles into a cohesive online experience, from home pages to checkout, with a focus on simplicity and clarity.

You will set standards, drive UX processes, and guide cross-functional teams including marketing, engineering, and support.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of UX design experience, including senior ownership of complex web products.
• Experience establishing or leveling up UX practice within a team or organization.
• Strong ecommerce or high-traffic consumer web experience portfolio.
• Experience across mobile, web, and desktop.

Responsabilités

• Own the UX direction for the website, setting the standard for all related work.
• Establish UX processes, rituals, and standards for web, including design reviews and research cadence.
• Act as the senior voice for web UX across the company.
• Lead UX for major product launches on the website from concept to launch.
• Lead design for the evolving ecommerce experience, from product pages to checkout.
