Job summary

ZEAL Network SE in Norwich is seeking a senior product designer to own and continuously improve end-to-end e-commerce experiences across web and app. You will translate user insights into engaging, data-informed design that delivers measurable business impact.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research and other stakeholders to shape UX standards, run usability tests, develop wireframes and prototypes, and contribute to design systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product design within a digital-first business.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership and measurable business impact.
• Experience designing and optimizing ecommerce experiences.
• Experience with responsive, mobile-first web and app design.
• Hands-on user research and usability testing experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize key customer journeys across web and app, from discovery to onboarding, engagement and retention.
• Understand user needs and pain points to identify opportunities and develop design solutions.
• Create intuitive, visually compelling experiences balancing user needs with business goals.
• Define and monitor UX KPIs using data and research to improve the experience.
• Develop, visualize, prototype and communicate design concepts from ideation to implementation.
• Plan and conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback and findings.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research and other stakeholders to drive human-centred design.
• Shape and promote UX best practices and design standards within the team and ZEAL's UX Community of Practice.
