Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading user research across complex digital programmes.
• Ability to plan and conduct both qualitative and quantitative studies.
• Strong collaboration with designers, product managers and engineers in Agile environments.
• Proven ability to turn research findings into actionable insights for clients.
