Job summary

Anson McCade Pty is seeking a Senior User Researcher to lead research activities across complex digital programmes, partnering with multidisciplinary teams to shape user-centred services from discovery to delivery.

You will mentor junior researchers, ensure accessibility and inclusivity, and champion evidence-based decisions across projects for public and private sector clients. Hybrid working across multiple UK locations is available.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to plan, run and synthesize user research across complex digital products or services.
• Strong communication skills to translate findings into actionable design and product improvements.
• Experience working in Agile, cross-functional delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead qualitative and quantitative user research across the full product lifecycle.
• Turn research findings into clear, actionable recommendations for product and design teams.
• Work closely with designers, developers and Product Managers to shape user-centred digital services.
• Facilitate workshops and present research findings to stakeholders at all levels.
• Mentor and support junior researchers, helping develop research capability across teams.
• Build trusted relationships with clients while using evidence to challenge assumptions.
• Support business growth through proposals, thought leadership and community engagement.
