Job summary

Recraft, Inc. in London seeks a Growth/UA Manager to own paid user acquisition end-to-end for a subscription-driven AI tool used by creators. You’ll structure Meta accounts, scale to Google and TikTok, and drive CAC, ROAS, and payback by cohort.

You’ll build tracking, attribution, dashboards, and reporting, and automate repetitive tasks with AI. This fully remote, contractor role offers significant ownership in a fast-growing product used by millions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in user acquisition or performance marketing for a consumer subscription product — app, web, or both.
• Deep, hands-on Meta expertise. You've run Meta as a primary acquisition channel at meaningful spend.
• Managed a paid budget of at least $100k/month and can walk us through CAC and payback.
• Experience setting up performance marketing from scratch — pixels and server-side events, MMP/SKAN or GA4, attribution logic, and reporting.
• Fluency in subscription economics: free-to-paid conversion, renewal and churn, ARPPU, LTV:CAC, and cohort payback. BI tool, with basic SQL.
• Comfortable using AI in your daily workflow — analysis, reporting, and automation.
• Based in the EU, Georgia, Armenia, or Serbia, with the right to work as a contractor there.

Responsibilities

• Own paid user acquisition on Meta first — account structure, targeting, bidding, budget pacing, and daily optimization.
• Open and scale the next channels as Meta matures: Google (Search, PMax, YouTube, App) and TikTok.
• Scale monthly spend aggressively while holding CAC, ROAS, and cohort payback targets.
• Build tracking, attribution, naming conventions, dashboards, and reporting.
• Own subscription economics, including free-to-paid conversion, renewal, churn, ARPPU, and LTV by cohort and by channel.
• Run a structured testing cadence on audiences, placements, bidding, and offers with our Creative Designer.
• Automate repetitive parts of the job — reporting, pacing, anomaly alerts, creative rotation — using Claude and platform APIs.
• Forecast and plan budget, and report weekly on spend, CAC, and payback to marketing and leadership.
