Affinity Labs, a VC-backed AI-native venture studio, is building a growth-focused team in London. This hands-on role spans paid acquisition, creative production, analytics, and product feedback across the portfolio.

You'll run Meta ad experiments, build tooling to reduce cost per trial, and collaborate with founders to scale high-potential products. Expect equity, a fast-paced environment, and the chance to shape multiple consumer software products from day one.

Qualifications

• Experience running paid acquisition on Meta with budgets and CAC/ROAS targets.
• Ability to build and wire landing pages and tracking without engineering handholding.
• Familiar with consumer subscription funnels and trial-to-paid mechanics.
• Experience briefing creators/UGC producers and judging creative quality.
• Analytical mindset with dashboards and data-driven approach.
• Self-motivated with high agency and proactive tooling.
• Comfort using AI tools for creative, analysis and code.

Responsibilities

• Run Meta ad testing and scaling for multiple products.
• Define CAC and ROAS targets per product.
• Build and maintain web-funnel experimentation and tracking.
• Audit SDKs and validate attribution across analytics stack.
• Develop reusable landing-page tooling for pre-build validation.
• Conduct SEO and competitive research to inform growth direction.
