Job summary

National Trust for Places of Historic Interest or Natural Beauty is seeking a Senior Project Co-ordinator in Swindon to support the Green Corridor programme. You will track progress, coordinate activities and manage actions, ensuring projects stay on track while engaging with partners and communities.

The role requires strong organisation, proactive planning and the ability to manage multiple priorities with a collaborative approach, working 40–60% onsite across National Trust sites in urban

Qualifications

• Practical experience with project management processes, administration and systems including procurement, finance and reporting.
• Strong ability to build and sustain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience budgeting and collating/analyzing data for reports.
• Experience researching or analyzing evidence to support decisions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, plus other financial/visitor analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of Green Corridor projects by tracking progress and coordinating activities.
• Attend meetings, take notes and manage actions while building relationships across teams and partners.
• Collaborate with Urban Programme, Project Managers, fundraising and communications to raise awareness of urban work.
