National Trust is seeking a Senior Project Co-ordinator to support the Financial Growth Portfolio and Experience & Revenue Directorate at its Swindon head office. You will help deliver high-profile initiatives that drive growth, improve visitor and supporter experiences, and create lasting impact across the organisation.

Your contractual location will be our head office in Swindon and there will be an expectation for you to attend the office. However, there is flexibility on where you are based at other times. You will be required to work at a National Trust location for 40-60% of your working week. This will be discussed in more detail at interview.
You'll provide high-quality coordination, administration and delivery support across a portfolio of strategic initiatives and directorate priorities. You'll coordinate meetings, workshops and events, support project planning and governance, manage actions and key documentation, and prepare reports, presentations and communications. Working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders, you'll help keep priorities on track, maintain portfolio records and reporting, and identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working. No two days are the same, offering a varied role with real impact across the organisation.
