Qualifications

• Proven experience building real-time simulation or XR systems.
• Hands-on Unity development experience required.
• Track record in technical leadership and mentoring.
• Knowledge of agentic coding and AI-assisted software engineering.
• Experience with XR platforms (VR/AR) and Quest.

Responsibilities

• Own simulation architecture and technical direction for the team.
• Lead estimation and delivery for client projects.
• Set engineering standards and improve productivity.
• Mentor a team of 4+ simulation engineers.
• Collaborate with product and design on feasible tech.
• Oversee outsourcing and team augmentation.
