Qualifications

• Experience in underwriting support or insurance operations.
• Experience with energy, construction or specialty insurance preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Process premiums, policies, endorsements, renewals and related transactions accurately.
• Maintain underwriting information across systems and databases.
• Support document management and ensure records are up to date.
• Assist with month-end processes and reporting requirements.
• Support renewal activities and broker account administration.
• Escalate operational issues when needed.
