Job summary

Harrison Holgate is assisting a leading London Market insurer in identifying an Underwriting Operations Technician. The role focuses on ensuring accurate delivery of underwriting operations, maintaining data quality, and resolving PAS-related processing issues.

You will work closely with Underwriters, support audits and file reviews, and contribute to system and process improvements to drive efficiency and risk control.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of underwriting, underwriting operations or claims experience.
• Strong attention to detail, data quality and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with PAS and policy administration.
• Confident communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience with Lloyd's market services, UAT, audits or system upgrades is desirable.
• High standards of integrity, confidentiality and compliance.
• Proactive and flexible approach to supporting wider team objectives.

The role will work closely with Underwriters to maintain data quality, resolve PAS and processing issues, support audits and file reviews, and contribute to system and process improvements.

Key Requirements

• 2+ years' experience in underwriting, underwriting operations or claims, preferably within the London market
• Strong attention to detail, data quality and problem-solving skills
• Experience with PAS and policy administration
• Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience with Lloyd's market services, UAT, audits or system upgrades is desirable
• High standards of integrity, confidentiality and compliance
