Talentmark is recruiting a Senior HR Associate for a 12-month contract in the pharmaceutical sector. The role is hybrid with at least three days per week in the Basingstoke office, working hours 9:00–17:00, Monday to Friday.

You will run UK HR operations, advise on policies, document processes to stay compliant, manage providers, and mentor the HR admin team. Experience with Workday and case management is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent is required.
• Strong data analysis and AI tooling skills.
• Working knowledge of UK employment law.
• Proactive ownership and discretion in resolving issues.

Responsabilités

• Run UK HR operations across the employee life cycle.
• Advise on policies including family leave, sick pay, benefits, pensions, mobility, immigration.
• Document and control UK processes, ensure UK compliance and use data/AI to fix root causes.
• Manage relationships with third-party HR providers and data feeds; UK data privacy contact.
• Coach and document HR admin processes for continuity.
