Job summary

Talentmark is recruiting a Senior HR Associate for a 12‑month contract in the UK pharmaceutical sector. The role is hybrid, with at least three days weekly at the Basingstoke office, and hours of 9:00–17:00, Monday to Friday, including a 30-minute lunch break.

Key duties include running UK HR operations, advising on policies (family leave, sick pay, benefits, pensions, mobility, immigration) and owning UK processes to ensure legal compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent required; substantial HR admin experience in a complex organisation.
• Working knowledge of UK employment law (family leave, sick pay, working time, right to work, data protection).
• Analytical mindset with ability to use AI tools to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Run UK HR operations: deliver local HR admin processes across the employee life cycle.
• Advise employees, managers and HR on policies including family leave, sick pay, benefits, pensions, mobility and immigration.
• Own and improve UK processes; ensure compliance with UK laws and company policies; use data and AI to fix root causes and improve self-service.
