Job summary

Veriforce is seeking a senior Product Designer to own the Carbon Hub platform end-to-end, from ideation through to the interfaces users work in. You will conceive user experiences, explore concepts, test with real users where appropriate, and iterate until the solution is right.

You will leverage the Veriforce Design System and add new components as needed. You are a product designer who thinks in systems and outcomes, comfortable running research and usability sessions, and shaping details in

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant product design experience, with end-to-end ownership.
• 2+ years in B2B SaaS product design.
• Portfolio demonstrating problem framing and solution concepts.
• Experience running product discovery and user research.
• Hands-on usability testing and iteration.
• Strong front-end framework experience (React/Angular).
• Design system experience and component library work.
• Experience driving design-system adoption in large projects.
• Fluency in Figma for prototyping and design-system work.
• Strong web accessibility knowledge (WCAG 2.2, ARIA).
• Interest in AI to boost productivity and tooling.
• Design tokens, theming, and responsive layouts.
• Visual detail, interaction design, and motion.
• Collaboration in agile, cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the Carbon Hub platform end-to-end from ideation to shipped experience.
• Collaborate with product managers to define user and business problems.
• Conduct product discovery with interviews, workshops, and competitive analysis.
• Conceptualise user experiences, information architecture and interaction models.
• Plan and run usability testing and iterate designs accordingly.
• Define and evolve design principles, patterns and user journeys.
• Build and maintain reusable components and tokens in the design system.
• Deliver high-fidelity, accessible production interfaces, code‑ready where possible.
• Lead ideation with peers, prototype interactions, motion and states.
• Champion accessibility, responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Improve front-end performance and optimize Core Web Vitals.
• Contribute to design-system documentation and release processes.
• Collaborate with engineers on architecture, linting and quality gates.
• Review UI for quality and accessibility; support QA and visual regression testing.
• Explore new front-end tools, libraries and AI-assisted workflows.
