Job summary

Veriforce is building Carbon Hub, a unified platform for carbon propositions in a connected experience. The Platform Product Manager will own discovery and delivery for a significant area, partnering with engineers and designers to ship market-ready solutions and measure impact with product analytics.

You will translate insights into a roadmap, collaborate across Sustainability and Marketing, and embed AI tooling to boost productivity and value delivery. Hybrid London-based role.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software/tech roles, with 5+ years in product management working with engineering teams
• 2+ years in a B2B SaaS environment
• Structured product discovery experience (customer calls, surveys)
• Shipping software iteratively with analytics-informed prioritisation
• Hands-on AI prototyping to validate ideas quickly
• Experience using AI to deliver customer-facing solutions and productivity gains
• Strong platform-architecture understanding (APIs, service composition)
• Passion for sustainability and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

• Own product discovery for Carbon Hub area using customer calls, surveys, and stakeholder input
• Calibrate discovery depth by risk; ship early increments and iterate
• Define and maintain squad backlog linked to Carbon Hub vision and roadmap
• Collaborate with engineers and designers from problem definition to solution
• Champion customer insights in squad discussions and write-up learnings
• Use analytics tools to understand behavior, identify friction, test hypotheses
• Translate strategy into Jira epics and break into stories with release notes
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders across written, verbal, and video formats
• Embed AI tooling (including Figma Make) for prototyping and productivity
• Collaborate with Marketing on messaging and demos for new features
• Maintain resilience when priorities shift and keep squad moving forward
• Align work with company goals, vision, and values
