Job summary

Hubexo is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the future of our Design Platform. You will lead complex workflows spanning specification and product information, guiding them from discovery through validated delivery across global markets.

Working with Product Management, Engineering, QA, and AI Platform teams, you’ll turn customer problems into accessible, consistent experiences and help set design strategy with the Head of Design.

Qualifications

• Experience designing global or multi-region SaaS products.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of complex, often novel workflows across specification and product information, from concept to shipped features.
• Conduct user research, usability testing and stakeholder conversations to translate insights into practical design decisions.
• Create and test wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs before development begins.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to shape features that are useful, viable and commercially sound.
• Own key parts of the design system, ensuring consistent experiences across products and markets as the platform evolves.
• Use analytics and feedback to identify usability problems and reduce design debt.
• Communicate design decisions clearly to designers, engineers, and senior stakeholders.
• Mentor and support other designers to raise the team’s design craft and processes.
