Job summary
ARC Regulatory invites a UX/UI Designer & Front-End Developer to lead design and continuous improvement across ARC’s digital product portfolio. You will blend user research, interface design and practical front-end engineering to deliver accessible, high-performing experiences.
You will oversee the Design System and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to shape ARC’s digital solutions from discovery to production, ensuring scalable, user-centred outcomes.
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Digital Design, UX, Software Engineering or related field.
- Minimum five years in UX/UI design, product design or front-end development.
- Strong portfolio showing UX/UI plus front-end engineering.
- Experience in modern web applications and API integration.
- Proficiency with Figma, prototyping and Adobe Creative Suite.
Responsibilities
- Lead user research activities via interviews, workshops and usability testing.
- Create journeys, IA, wireframes and polished interfaces.
- Own and evolve the Design System with accessible UI standards.
- Translate needs into intuitive product experiences with measurable value.
- Build responsive front-end solutions using modern web technologies.
- Develop reusable UI components and modernise ARC Digital Product Portfolio.
- Collaborate with Product, Software, AI and Test Engineers throughout SDLC.
- Design experiences for AI-enabled workflows and emerging capabilities.
- Champion usability, accessibility and continuous improvement.
