Job summary

Version 1 is seeking a Senior Transition Manager to lead onboarding of customers into the ASPIRE Managed Services portfolio. You will shape the transition function, govern complex programmes and collaborate with Sales, Delivery and Commercial teams to ensure smooth go‑live and ongoing service readiness.

You will drive mature transition practices, enable low risk transitions and contribute to bids and growth within a high‑profile Oracle practice.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading customer transitions or mobilisation in a Managed Services environment.
• Strong leadership, with ability to develop high‑performing teams and manage senior stakeholders.
• Expertise in transition governance, risk management, planning and handover.
• Experience directing steering committees and executive governance reviews.
• Commercial awareness with bids, mobilisation planning and costing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Enterprise Applications Transition function within ASPIRE Managed Services.
• Own end‑to‑end transition lifecycle from contract award to Business‑as‑Usual.
• Provide executive oversight of onboarding and service expansion programmes.
• Define transition methodologies, governance, RAID and communications plans.
• Drive risk management, stakeholder engagement and customer satisfaction.
• Support strategic bids, mobilisation plans and transition costing.
