Job summary

Version 1 is seeking a Senior Transition Manager to lead the onboarding of customers into the ASPIRE Managed Services Oracle portfolio. You will drive strategic transition programmes, manage risk, governance, knowledge transfer and customer satisfaction from contract signature through Business-as-Usual operations.

You will shape transition methodologies, governance, and commercial input while mentoring a team of Transition Managers.

Qualifications

• Experience leading customer transitions or service onboarding in a Managed Services environment.
• Proven track record building high-performing teams.
• Expertise in transition governance, planning, risk management and handover.
• Experience leading steering committees and executive engagement.
• Strong customer-facing skills and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead Enterprise Applications Transition function within ASPIRE Managed Services.
• Manage and develop a team of Transition Managers.
• Define transition methodologies, governance frameworks and best practices.
• Own end-to-end transition lifecycle from contract award to Business-as-Usual.
• Provide executive oversight across onboarding and service expansion.
• Ensure robust transition plans, RAID, and communication.
• Lead Go/No-Go decision-making activities.
• Oversee knowledge transfer and operational handover.
• Drive risk management and ensure successful mobilisation.
• Support bids, mobilisation planning and pricing.
