Job summary
BT Group seeks a Transformation Programme Manager to lead the Common Capabilities programme, the engine for reusable capabilities, journeys and frameworks enabling strategic product launches across colleagues and digital channels. You will shape end-to-end programmatics and drive commercial outcomes.

Qualifications
- Experience leading transformation programmes from concept to measurable outcomes.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and shape decisions.
- Coaching and developing project teams in challenging delivery environments.
Responsibilities
- Define scope for the refreshed Product Enablers programme.
- Develop an end-to-end programme delivery model balancing hybrid & agile working.
- Direct line management for up to 4 project managers.
- Consult with Product and Project Managers on roadmaps and trade-offs.
- Ensure robust risk controls and governance for commercial outcomes.
- Manage complex stakeholder engagement across BLT, sponsor, Sales and Service channels.
