Job summary

BT Group in London is seeking a Senior Programme Manager to lead the Common Capabilities transformation, building reusable capabilities and underpinning product launches across colleague and digital channels.

You will own end-to-end programme delivery, manage up to 4 project managers, and partner with Product, Sales, Service, and Journeys to shape the roadmap and governance.

Responsibilities

• Define scope for the refreshed Product Enablers programme with clear principles.
• Develop an end-to-end multi-year delivery model balancing hybrid & agile working.
• Accountability for up to 4 project managers delivering milestones on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with Product and Project Managers to identify and communicate roadmap trade-offs.
• Ensure robust risk controls and governance to achieve commercial outcomes.
• Manage complex stakeholder engagement across BLT, sponsor and Sales/Service channels.
