BT Group in London seeks a Senior Programme Manager for the Product Enabling Capabilities Programme on a 18-month FTC. You will shape scope, governance and end-to-end delivery across cross-functional teams, balancing hybrid and agile methods to maximise ROI and capability rollout.

• Define scope for the refreshed Product Enablers programme and set clear governing principles.

• Direct line management of up to 4 project managers delivering milestones on time and budget.
• Collaborate with Product and Project Managers on roadmap trade-offs and governance.
