Job summary

Babcock is seeking a Business Improvement Specialist to contribute to the Devonport Transformation Programme, delivering sustainable improvements across a complex engineering environment at Devonport Royal Dockyard.

You will coordinate activities, manage change, run workshops, and apply project and improvement methodologies to drive measurable benefits while ensuring security clearance requirements and on-site work.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification in a relevant subject.
• APM fundamentals qualification or equivalent.
• APMG Change Management Foundation qualification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supporting transformation projects by coordinating activities, stakeholders and programme requirements.
• Developing and implementing change management plans that enable successful project delivery.
• Facilitating workshops, presentations and improvement activities to drive engagement and collaboration.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and supporting the implementation of practical solutions.
• Applying project management, change management and continuous improvement methodologies to deliver measurable business benefits.
