Job summary

Babcock International is seeking a Business Improvement Specialist for the Devonport Royal Dockyard site in Plymouth, Devon. The role supports the Devonport Transformation Programme, delivering sustained improvements to performance, efficiency and value in a complex engineering environment.

You will lead change initiatives, coordinate activities across stakeholders and apply CI methodologies to realise measurable benefits in national security projects. 35 hours/week on site.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience driving business transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of project delivery, change management, business analysis and improvement methodologies.
• Ability to analyse complex challenges and deliver practical, value-adding solutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transformation activities across programmes and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement change management plans to enable project delivery.
• Facilitate workshops, presentations and improvement activities to drive engagement.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and support practical solutions.
