Safeguard Global is seeking an experienced Senior Transformation Manager to lead complex change initiatives across our global operations. You will partner with Product and Engineering to turn plans into tangible improvements, embedding new ways of working and technology across teams.

You will drive strategic programmes, manage risks and dependencies, and champion AI-enabled processes to improve performance and outcomes. A strong stakeholder network and hands-on delivery mindset are essential.

Our Operational Transformation Team

Our Operational Transformation Team plays a pivotal role in ensuring change and improvements are successfully delivered into our Operational Teams. Working closely with Product and Engineering, the team helps us fully understand upcoming change initiatives and how they will impact Operations, while also partnering with Operational Leadership to gather valuable insights and continuously improve how we work. As our Senior Transformation Manager, you’ll take the lead on some of our more complex and strategic change initiatives, working cross-functionally to turn plans into meaningful change. From process improvements and operational technology through to larger strategic transformation programmes, you’ll play a key role in ensuring change is delivered successfully and embedded across our teams. You’ll need to see the bigger picture while owning the detail, bringing structure to complexity and momentum to change. You’ll challenge how we work today, uncover opportunities to improve and influence teams across the organisation to deliver better outcomes.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading strategic, cross-functional transformation initiatives across our operational environment.
• Working with Operational Leadership to identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve performance and create scalable ways of working.
• Turning complex transformation objectives into clear project plans, milestones and measurable outcomes.
• Leading software implementation and operational technology initiatives.
• Managing project risks, dependencies, change controls, resources and financial information.
• Explore opportunities to introduce AI across our operational environment, identifying where it could improve processes and ways of working.
• Creating clear communication and change plans that bring stakeholders and clients on the journey.
• Influencing multiple teams and senior stakeholders, creating alignment even when priorities compete.
• Building strong relationships across internal and external teams to keep complex programmes moving.
• Bringing energy, pace and accountability to transformation, ensuring change doesn’t just launch but delivers the intended impact.

What we’re looking for

You’ll be an experienced transformation or programme leader who is comfortable stepping into complexity, asking challenging questions and bringing clarity.

• Strong experience delivering large, complex and multifaceted transformation programmes.
• A track record of delivering results through multiple teams and functions, including stakeholders you don’t directly manage.
• Experience leading technology, SaaS or software implementation projects.
• Experience working on AI-led projects or transformation initiatives, with a strong understanding of how AI can be successfully introduced and embedded within operational teams and processes.
• Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders, clients, Product, Engineering and Operational teams.
• Excellent project and programme management capability, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, risks and dependencies.
• The ability to move comfortably between strategy and execution, understanding the bigger goal while ensuring the detail gets delivered.
• A proactive, tenacious and solutions-focused approach.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Experience working within an international or global organisation would be highly valuable.
• Project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 would be advantageous.
