Qualifications

• 6+ years experience at a Big Four or similar top-tier consultancy, having reached at least Manager level.
• Highly articulate, emotionally intelligent and relationship-led.
• Strong track record influencing at C-Suite or board level.
• History of building strong relationships with FTSE 250 clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead significant workstreams with a budget and headcount to reflect, real decision-making impact.
• Embed directly with the C-suite, shaping decisions as they happen.
• Deliver client outcomes with a relationship-led, no-sales-target approach.
