Role - Business Transformation Manager

Location - Hybrid, occasional visits to site in Bristol and Corsham

Contract - Initial 6 months

Rate - up to £800 per day

Start - ASAP

You will need to hold active SC or DV Clearance to be eligible for this role.

This role has been deemed Inside IR35.

The Opportunity

We're working with a specialist technology and consulting organisation delivering complex business and digital transformation programmes across Defence, Central Government and other highly regulated environments.

They're looking for an experienced Business & Transformation Consulting Manager to lead client engagements, shape transformation strategies and oversee the delivery of meaningful business and operational change.

This is a senior, client-facing position suited to someone with a strong background in Business Analysis, Business Architecture, Operating Model Design, Service Transformation or Organisational Change who has progressed into leading complex transformation initiatives.

You’ll combine strategic thinking with practical delivery experience, working closely with senior stakeholders to understand organisational challenges, develop solutions and ensure transformation programmes deliver measurable business outcomes.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of transformation engagements, leading multidisciplinary teams and providing strategic advice to senior client stakeholders. Working across business and technology functions, you’ll help organisations move from initial discovery through to implementation and sustainable change.

The Person

We’re looking for an experienced transformation professional who can demonstrate:

• Significant experience leading business transformation, service improvement or organisational change initiatives.
• Strong expertise in at least one of Business Analysis, Business Architecture, Operating Model Design, Service Design or Change Management.
• Experience managing complex consulting engagements, transformation workstreams or multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven ability to engage, advise and influence senior business stakeholders.
• Experience developing transformation strategies and translating them into practical delivery plans.
• Strong understanding of how people, processes, organisational structures and technology combine to deliver business change.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Experience delivering transformation within Defence, Central Government or other secure and regulated environments would be particularly advantageous.
