Royal Mail is seeking an experienced Senior Transformation Analyst to join our team. About the Role

The Senior Transformation Analyst is a key leadership role within the Group Transformation Team. You will oversee portfolio risk management, working with business leads to develop mitigation plans and reporting to the Group Risk team. Your responsibilities include:

1. Engaging with senior leadership and stakeholders to gather insights and identify risks.
2. Tracking dependencies and timelines at the portfolio level.
3. Analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and presenting insights to senior leadership.
4. Producing reports for the IDS Board, Executive Board, PRMs, and other forums, highlighting progress, risks, and opportunities.
5. Supporting project work and acting as the point of contact for Internal Audit within the team.
6. Modeling leadership behaviors and building trust across the organization.

About You

To succeed, you should have 2-3 years of experience in project or portfolio management, with skills including:

1. Planning and cross-functional analysis experience.
2. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with ability to create visuals and presentations for Board-level audiences.
3. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
4. Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations and communicate clearly.
5. Collaborative working style with influence over senior stakeholders.

Next Steps

The next stage involves a face-to-face interview in Farringdon, including competency-based questions and a presentation. Interviews are scheduled for the week commencing 2nd June.
