Job summary

Apex Group is seeking a Senior Administrator in Transfer Agency to ensure accurate investor transactions and record-keeping. You will support AML/KYC controls, assist with complex queries, and mentor junior colleagues while upholding regulatory and client expectations.

You will manage dealing and registration administration, collaborate with investors and intermediaries, and contribute to process improvements and change initiatives within a fast-paced transfer agency team.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in Transfer Agency operations.
• Strong knowledge of dealing, registration, and AML/KYC processes.
• Understanding of UCITS, OEICs, Unit Trusts and AIFs.

Responsibilities

• Process subscription, redemption, switch and transfer requests accurately and within deadlines.
• Maintain investor registration records and process account openings/changes.
• Perform AML/KYC reviews and validate client identity and ownership documentation.
• Ensure tasks follow procedures, controls, audits, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide support to clients, investors and internal stakeholders, and assist with process improvements.
