Job summary

OMNIA Training, based in the United Kingdom, seeks a Senior Training Systems Engineer to help transform the British Army's training through complex bespoke systems and simulation environments.

You will operate in a matrix structure, reporting to the Systems Solutions Lead, and work with the British Army and partner organisations to deliver innovative training capabilities and interoperable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define work packages and technical requirements across multiple complex services to meet specs.
• Define requirements and producing designs.
• Log, delegate and quality assure agreed operational procedures.
• Act as technical liaison between engineering and supply chain partners.
• Maintain records and lead audits.
• Contribute to execution and delivery of key work packages.
• Lead systems engineering activities including product development and qualification.
• Assist in review and delivery of advanced training environments.
• Contribute to maintenance, installation and problem resolution.
• Support system operation improvements.
• Champion Environmental, Health & Safety compliance.
