Job summary

OMNIA Training seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to drive the design, integration and delivery of advanced training systems for the Army Collective Training Service. You will work in a matrix setup, reporting to the Systems Solutions Lead, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure interoperability and technical excellence.

Role requires strong stakeholder engagement, experience with system requirements, design documentation, and cloud hosting across AWS/Azure.

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-disciplinary system engineering environments.
• Ability to translate operational and technical requirements into practical system architectures.

Responsibilities

• Define work packages and technical requirements across complex services to meet specs.
• Define requirements and produce designs for systems.
• Liaise between engineering teams and supply chain partners to ensure alignment.
• Lead or contribute to systems engineering activities, including development and qualification.
