Henlee Resourcing is partnering with a leading financial services organisation to recruit an experienced Training Lead for its Business School / Academy on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract.

This interim role in Swindon (Hybrid 50%) leads a small team, owns the training portfolio for Financial & Mortgage Advisers, and shapes learning strategies to drive regulatory readiness and commercial impact.

Qualifications

• Significant training experience within regulated financial or mortgage advisory environments.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and industry requirements.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and implement learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of two and own the training portfolio for Financial & Mortgage Advisers.
• Shape and deliver learning strategies to support advisor competence and regulatory readiness.
• Oversee technical, advice and capability development programmes aligned with regulatory changes.
