Job summary

Radcliffe & Newlands Wealth are seeking a Training & Competence Coach to develop their growing team of financial advisers. Based in London with hybrid working and occasional office visits, you’ll focus on coaching and people development rather than compliance supervision.

You’ll join the SMF16/SMF17 Directors, work with the Head of Technical Research, and help academy members progress from paraplanners to client-facing advisers, while supporting experienced advisers with ongoing competence.

Qualifications

• Must hold a minimum CII Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent) and be familiar with UK IFA Training & Competence framework.
• Experience coaching and developing financial advisers within an IFA environment.
• Strong communication and people development skills to mentor advisers.

• Coach and develop academy members transitioning to client-facing advisers.
• Support experienced advisers’ ongoing development and competence.
