Job summary

Morson Human Resources Limited is seeking a Principal Engineer – Support Engineering (Training Services) to support a submarine programme. The role focuses on Stage 2 Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in line with DSAT and JSP 822, working with engineering, programme and customer stakeholders to produce clear documentation and recommendations.

• Experience conducting Stage 2 Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
• Strong DSAT/JSP 822 knowledge for defence training programmes.

• Experience engaging with engineering, programme and customer stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Stage 2 Training Needs Analysis in line with DSAT/JSP 822.
