American Society of Civil Engineers is recruiting for Principal Engineers to support a Submarine Programme. The role is predominantly remote/hybrid with occasional site travel, focusing on Stage 2 Training Needs Analysis (TNA) per DSAT/JSP 822.

You will work with engineering, programme and customer stakeholders to analyse training requirements and produce clear documentation and recommendations. Candidates with defence or military experience, strong report writing, and stakeholder management

Qualifications

• Must conduct Stage 2 Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in DSAT/JSP 822.
• Strong knowledge of DSAT and JSP 822 in a defence context.
• Experience in stakeholder management and customer engagement.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Conduct Stage 2 TNA in accordance with DSAT/JSP 822.
• Produce clear, structured training documentation and recommendations.
• Collaborate with engineering, programme and customer stakeholders.
• Support submarine programme training design and systems as required.
