Qualifications

• Proven at-sea experience as a Cat A or Cat B Nuclear Watchkeeper.
• Experience with PWR2 systems.
• Marine engineering or electrical background.
• Experience in training design, analysis, or delivery.
• Submarine/boat build experience.
• Experience working with DE&S or SDA environments.

Responsibilities

• Support the analysis, design, and maintenance of DSAT documentation and processes.
• Identify and source technical data required for courseware and media development.
• Collaborate with SMEs, customers, and suppliers to gather and validate information.
• Work closely with learning designers to ensure training is accurate and contextualised.
• Maintain and revalidate course technical data.
• Identify opportunities to improve training methods and delivery approaches.

Skills

At-sea experience as Cat A or Cat B Nuclear Watchkeeper
