Job summary

Go Traffic Management is seeking a proactive site supervisor to act as the GTM point of contact for client liaison, coordinate depot resources, and ensure high standards of on-site work across multiple schemes. You will oversee day-to-day activities, manage site briefs, cad verifications, and ensure compliance with safety and paperwork requirements, with support from depot managers and regional teams.

Experience in traffic management, 12D qualification, and excellent communication are essential,

Qualifications

• Demonstrable organisation of tasks to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain records of work completed and in progress.
• Competence in using all relevant work tools.
• Able to contribute ideas and escalate issues when needed.
• Calm, concise problem solving with clients and operatives.
• Clear, professional verbal and written communications.

Responsibilities

• GTM point of contact for client liaison and site coordination.
• Attend client site visits and complete site surveys as needed.
• Check daily job packs and brief operatives on requirements.
• Monitor programme and ensure resource and kit availability.
• Lead programme meetings and highlight potential requirements.
• Supervise operatives and sub-contractors to ensure quality.
• Ensure paperwork compliance and chase missing items.
• Conduct monthly site audits and flag training needs.
• Provide out-of-hours duty coverage via rota system.
• Organise daily handovers and nightly runs.
